Can I derfer my holidays while on sick leave?

Hi,
Im out of work on sick leave at present. It is certified by a consultant and my GP. I have a weeks holiday coming up soon but will still but out on sick leave. Im just wondering am I still owed this weeks holiday to take at a later date?

Yes. And if you are sick on your holidays (certified) they don't count as hoildays.

Absolutely, you cant be sick on your hols.

After my advice, good ol me eh!, even a Lidl employee won this one.

You are entitled to your stat hols, and once as your sick leave is certified by a doc, it cannot be counted as holidays taken.
