Can I claim for my ...........damage???

Last week a car reversed onto the side of my car. Scraping it badly. The guy gave me his name and address but it turns out it was false. I am insured with Quinn only 3rd party. Can I claim for the repair appx €400 even that I am not FULLY comp?? .and do I lose my bonus, this is my first year. Hope you can help.....

No - 3rd Party cover means cover for other people, not you.

Have you reported it to the Gardai - They may be able to trace him from the reg no.
