I use Tim at http://graphicindex.com/ and am very happy with them.

No problem, I have used on occasion Fiona Duffy if you are looking for someone in Dublin area - she works freelance as a graphic designer and also as part of a corporate branding agency ([broken link removed]) contact details on the web site. Fiona is a friend - I am actually very relucant to do business with friends / family but Fiona is excellent, very experienced and my company has been very happy with her work.

I have used House of Design (http://houseofdesign.ie/) and find them very good.
