Can a liquidator charge a ridiculous amount of money (Euro 200) to have a cheque reissued?
A company I had a preference share in went into voluntary liquidation and sent cheques to all Shareholders. Mine went to an old address and I didn't get it until it had expired. I wrote to liquidator asking to have it reissued and he said it will cost 200 Euro to do so. Cheque is worth 1,100.
Is that normal for a liquidators to ask for so much?
