camouflage makeup for scars

Sorry if this is in the wrong area feel free to move it to a more appropriate one
Does anyone know a place that does this for some scars my sister has and wants to try to get covered up for a wedding? Be better if its somewhere in Dublin. I know the red cross used to do it but they dont offer this service anymore.
If anyone has any ideas id be grateful to hear them
