Hi everyone, I need help with a problem and would appreciate any advice or Help you can offer.

I purchased a Samsung D355 Digital Camcorder on Holidays over the Christmas when i install the Mini Tape into the Camcorder i can hear it engaging and i assume winding on to the start of the tape however after a minute recording the message comes up on the screen to eject tape and on opening the compartment i find that the Tape has unraveled and come loose from the Case.

I rang Samsung in England they gave me a ref No and told me they would get back to me that was a week ago and no return call.

I wonder is there a contact in Ireland, or service Dept here.
If not does anyone know a direct Number for the UK.

The Argos product helpline for Samsung is also a UK number (0044 870 2420303) which would lead me to think you are stuck with the UK office for cover.

Maybe the tape itself is broken, rather than the camcorder, have you tried another one ?
 
Thank you for the number.?? yes i have tried 3 tapes and the same thing happened every time.
