Is there a program that I could use that would allow me to keep a weekly schedule of various events/meetings etc for more than one staff?
I tried the calendar in outlook but find it doesn't suit my needs.

I'd be very surprised if Outlook (particularly when used in conjunction with Exchange Server) didn't meet the collaborative/groupware needs of most users although it doesn't necessarily come cheap. Or perhaps Microsoft's CRM stuff ticks some of the relevant boxes too? What specific problems did you have with Outlook's calendar?

Of course there are probably other alternatives including Free/Open Source ones...
