Calculating CGT on apartment sale with parking spaces

I'm trying to calculate CGT owing on the sale of an apartment I sold last year and I'm wondering how to account for the purchase of 2 car park spaces, following the original apartment purchase. I bought the apartment in 2003 for 285K. In 2008 I bought a car park space for 30K. In 2010 I bought a second space for 7K.
When I sold the property, both spaces were included in the sale price, for 365K.
My question is, do I add the cost of the spaces to the original apartment purchase cost thus making my purchase price 322K?
 
Yes, of course - how else would you handle it?

You could try to split thesale price into three components, but that would not change the overall Capital Gain
