Calcualtion of TRS

hi,

I was wondering if somebody would be able to provide me witht the method of calculating Tax relief at source on a Home Mortgage, I am trying to find out how much my TRS will reduce based on the reduction in interest rates again, I think its geting close to the point where decrease in interest is almost being completly offset by decrease in TRS. Any help would be great.
