Cabot/ Hugh J Ward/Bluestone

Hi AAM.
I am posting this thread for my partner who is not on AAM.
He has three debts...from 2 credit cards and a personal loan which have been handed over to Cabot, Bluestone and Hugh J. Ward about three years ago.
He has been paying minimal amounts on all of these. Is there any way he can stop paying them..?
It will be years before all 3 debts are paid and he needs to prioritise the mortgage with me. Our home is much more important.
If he stops paying and ignores the threatening letters and calls....how likely are they to pursue him?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
 
Could you provide some more information as it will assist.

What level of debt is involved, how much is being paid on each debt, Is interest being charged on all three debts, has any debtor started legal action.
 
Sorry for delay.
One is 13,000 and he is paying back 40 per week.
The other two debts are approx 1500 each...paying back 5 per week

No interest charged on any.
No legal action
