Cabot financial

Been getting calls from a Dublin number the last few weeks which I never answered as when I googled I saw it was 'Cabot Financial', presumed someone trying to sell me a credit card or insurance as recently car insurance came up for renewal and other companies had been emailing and ringing about the same.
Moved house two months ago and a neighbour just dropped in the post from my old address which includes a letter from Cabot financial saying I owe Sky TV 25 odd euro for broadband (I don't, but if anyone here has ever engaged with Sky's customer service phone line you'll see why my first move hasn't been to call them to sort this out). Cabot appear to be looking to collect the debt now on their behalf and threaten legal action if I don't contact them about my 'account'.
Will they go away or do I need to take this seriously?
They don't have my new address.

They won't litigate for €25 and will in all likelihood go away after a few calls/letters. I would only take it seriously if I received a claim notice in the post.
