A nice 2 bed for auction has got my attention and I could come up with the asking price .The proplem it is tenanted by absentee foreign family who have stopped paying the rent to receiver and are hard to track down .I guess they could be gone back to their own country but probably still claiming social welfare in this country using the house as a base to come and go .If I bought how fast would it take to evict them if they did not pay me rent if I bought .They have been informed by the auction firm he house is for sale but are on holidays!!! The house is not as such a bargain that I need headaches from buying it but It is all I can afford for time been .To do everything within the law how long would it take me to change the locks
