Buying land off the council (DLR)
I want to find out about buying land off the Dun Laoghaire Coco. A house that we are looking at in ballybrack has a piece of green area to the side about 20Ft wide at it’s max. It isn’t big enough to build a single house as it is circular but would enable a side extension to the existing house.
I need to find out asap but don’t really know where to start. Has anybody done this and if so can they recommend a department or better still a name of somebody in a department in DLRCOCO that would be able to answer the query.
