Hi i'm one of the unfortunate breed these days who's classed in the "first time buyer" & "single buyer" bracket, and am currently looking into viable properties which meet budget location criteria etc. I've just turned my attention to Ashbourne and just wondering what the general consensus is with buying here. I'm deally looking for a 2 bedroomed house but will probably end up with an apartment. My budget will be to about €280K.

Also whats the commute like into town etc??Are any train stations close?
Thanks & regards
D.
