Buying Direct From the builder

Hi,

Does anyone know if buying an affordable house directly from the builder is the normal way of doing things?
My county council have given me the builders mobile number and told me to deal directly with him.

Hey there,

Ring the Dept of the Environment (01-888 2000) and ask for the Affordably Housing Section, they should be able to advise you of all the rules.
