Hello - I am buying an additional car park space and need a solicitor to complete the deal. I don't want to use the solicitor I had when buying the house as he was a complete nightmare.
So - for a deal of this simplicity and size, can someone recommend a solicitor?
Or does someone have some inside knowledge why it would be better, despite the hassle, of using the solicitor that dealt with the house purchase.
