Is it possible to buy a house when the seller is waiting on planning to go through for an extension and will the planning permission when granted be ok for the new buyer to extend?
The extension is not yet built I take it. Of course you can buy it. And you can make the sale subject to planning being approved if the seller agrees. Yes the planning will allow the new owner to build. Have you got a solicitor?
