Buying a fridge freezer - what to look for?

Bosch, Siemens are reputable brands and Miele are very good but expensive. Miele say that their machines will last for maybe 20 years.
My Bosch fridge (very similar to the linked fridge) was bought 9 years ago. Only issue was that I broke one of the shelves on the door (my fault). It was simple to order a replacement online.

Frost free - is that standard?
Quiet - see below

I had a fridge break down in 2021. I'd had it years, so it owed me nothing. It had however been quite a noisy thing from the get go, and I looked closely at noise rating (dB) of replacements, and zoomed in on that. As it turned out, I focused too much on the noise rating, and didn't notice that the one I eventually chose was not a Frost Free fridge freezer. The one I have now saddled myself with builds up big chunks of ice that I must hack out to get the shelves in properly, and more than once has popped open spontaneously after it was closed properly, and let everything get partially defrosted.

Also, the delivery people dropped it off in the middle of the kitchen and refused to push it into the space in the kitchen for it. When I did it myself, I scored the floor something awful, and now I know why they wouldn't do it.
