Can anyone recommend some buy to let mortgage providers?

BOI have offered 4.6% on 50% LTV.

That's about as good as you'll get from the main banks, unless you've other relationship with them and they give you a special rate.

Pepper have advertised rates as low as 4.4% for <50% LTV.
ICS (Dilosk) are also competitive.

But you need to factor in arrangement & legal fees into your comparison.
BOI cashback is available on new BTL mortgages.

Thanks mate. All my banking is currently with BOI, so will make the process a lot easier i would imagine. I might see if theres any play on the 4.6% figure.
