A friend of my is looking to start up his own website. He has a business idea, but web-site design is crucial to make sure it works. If he can get the website 100% working, he is 99.9% confident that the business idea will work, by directing it through the proper channels etc.
He will also require mentoring.
I checked up DIT Hothouse for him, but they are only taking applications with persons that have a few years industrial experience.
