I'm not overly impressed with the company who we have our phone calls and rental through at work. They don't deal with line problems quickly enough considering they're business lines, among other issues I have with them.
I'm loath to move to Eircom. I find their customer service atrocious.
Can anyone recommend a company who provide calls, line rental and will provide good customer service?
Is anyone using a company who they are happy with? i.e. who have competitive prices and can deal with fixing lines promptly when they stop working etc.
