Can someone tell me where is located the pub in Co. Tipperary in the last bulmers ad? I live not too far from Clonmel, can recognize all part except this pub? I am starting to wonder if this pub really exist !!!

PS: I have post it as well in Boards.ie under region but no one seems to know. I think askaboutmoney has more traffic so maybe i will have more chance to find the answer here.
 
I've been racking my brains too and it is almost certainly somewhere "on the Derg", but not Ballina, not Dromineer, not Garrykennedy, so I suspect somwhere near Borrisokane / Portumna / Carrigahorig?
