Me and my partner are looking to buy a home i have a mortgage but are looking to apply for another together is this possible what info do i need ????
 
Are you looking to sell your house and buy another jointly or keep your current home and buy another? Your borrowing capacity depends on your income(s) - salary and rental income (if you are keeping and letting your house) and your outgoings - current mortgage and any other financial commitments. If you post more details of your situation and what you are looking to do you should get some useful feedback.
