Building work

I am in the process of getting quotes from builder for some work in an industrial unit in Dublin. Its a big job involving demolition, whiterocking walls, and constructing a mezanine floor.

Anyone any recomendations for good reliable builders

I dont know of any but If the job will take 30 days or 500 manhours, you will have to appoint a PSCS and PSDS, and also notify the H.S.A. of the job. This is a required by the Construction regulations 2006. Check out the H.S.A. website. Hope it works out.
