Building Regulations

Hi, does any one know where you can get a set of building regulations i know architcts would have them but can they be obtained from a co. council office. thanks

Make sure you understand the difference between the Regulations themselves, and the Technical Guidance Documents (TGD). If you comply with the TGD, you are complying with the regs. However, this is not the only way to comply with the regs. There may well be other possible solutions, but the onus is on you to convince the local authority Building Control officer that your solution meets the regs.
