appreciate all help/advice with this one
The situation is we paid deposit on new house last sept from plans, were told house would be ready march or definatley by april at the latest, still no sign of it been ready, person in office is only there a couple of days a week and she is at best abusive when I call which is generally once a week, she told me she has spies knows I am at the site every day, considering I live 35 minutes from it and work full time im lucky to get a look at it every second weekend,
We sale agreed on our house in Jan signed contract s on both houses in Mar with closing date on our house of July 31st, the problem is our first child is due in the next two weeks and the builders told me today it may be a couple of months before the new house is ready due to the "services" which is apparently nowt to do with them but is ESB, Bord Gais and Eircoms fault, what options do i have? our solicitor wasnt much help
