Hallo everybody!
A builder owes me over 1000 euros for the job,and he claims that I was dealing with the client (he told me that after the week when the job was completed)
I've got the letter from the client that confirms i was working for the builder and that client paid him the money for my work.I went for legal advice to Citizen info centre,where they told me to go to small claims court,which I did.Small claim court as I found out today doesn't deal with such cases,so they told me to go to district court civil office.Could somebody advise me do I have other options,or what should I do at all in this situation.Thanks!!!
