hi there i have a property in budapest and pay the flat tax of 25% but have been told that in 2011 the tax has changed and would love to know what way it has been changed . is there a website that i can look at as i have googled this and cant find anything . i have been on this 25% flat tax for the past 3 years . maybe someone can tell me what the story is with this please thanks
