Hi,

What experience are people having out there with vanacancy rates of their BTL propery? Is there any statistics on the vacancy rates in Ireland?

I have several investment properties.
The vacancy rate for me averages less than 0.5 months per year each.

If your rent is set at the right level you will not be vacant for long.

Vacancy rates can be very little if you have a good location, your rent is reasonable and you keep a nice property.
