Brokers that refund first years premium life insurance

i am buying an investment property .. i will be getting life/mortage protection insurance associated with the buying of this property . i am aware that i have the option of opting for a company other than the lender .. i have heard from the money program (eddy hobbs) that there are brokers online which refund part of the first years premium. does anyone know anything about who these brokers...a name to point me in the right direction would be great.

There are two places mentioned in this Key Post on mortgage protection that may be of interest.

We went through LA Brokers, I think the first year discount was 90%.

You aren't required to effect mortgage protection on an investment property however the premiums can be offset against the rental income as an allowable expense.
