No that was stamping. It has to be stamped within- roughly- 30 days. It will often take 6 to 8 weeks to get through the stamping process with backlogs. Then after that comes registration which has no set time limit, although it is considered better to do it as soon as possible lest someone else register a judgment or anything before your registration against the previous owner- an unlikely event but possible.
