Hi wonder if anyone can give us some advice a respite centre for disabled children will soon be opening next door to us the fence dividing us is wooden trelis which is ours the people running the centre have asked to change this to concrete slat fence we have no problem with this it would be easier to mantain....but if at a later date it fell and someone was injured would we be liable.
