Hi, I usually get my mortgage statement from Bank of Scotland now pepper in January. My mortgage has no issues and it up to date. When it didn't arrive on Feburary I rang to ask if it was posted and I hadn't received it. The girl said she would look into it and ring me back. She rang me two days later to say that the statements were late and I should get it in post soon. Yesterday I received a later to say that the statement won't be coming for another month as they have technical problems. As anyone else receive this letter? Seems abit off to me.
