Bord Gas Bill

I got a bill today for two months ending 6th aug. the previous meter reading was actual but present reading was estimated. However the estimated reading was the same as the previous one. I phoned in the current reading as I have used gas in the past 2 months and wanted to avoid a big bill the next time.

Yes they did the same to me in June. Estimated bill for June. I called them up amd they told me that date that I should call in each time that the bill is due and to give them my reading. I ended up with a credit this month.
