I welcome the fact that AL are resuming their flights between Shannon & Heathrow. BUT...the flight times for the evening flight are very poor.

SNN->LHR Dep 20:10 arr 21:25
The Heathrow departure is too early to connect with many European arrival flights, whilst the opposite is true...when you arrive in LHR from SNN, most of the connecting flights to Europe have departed....as a consequence, the route won't be as popular as before.
The morning departure from LHR at 05:40 is also of little use if you are arriving in from a connecting flight.
