Boi unpaid s/o charge

I wanted to warn people, following boi's malfunction this weekend where I didnt recieve my wages untill Monday into my current account, they have now got the balls to charge me 12.70€ unpaid standing order charge.

I had to ring and transfere my loan payment manualy, and be told "my branch" will take a few days to refund MY 12.70€.

The money (€12.70 × everyone else this has happened to=€€€€) is just resting in their account i suppose! Cowboys

Yes, the C.B.I. should take automatic enforcement action against banks that charge customers for unpaids due to their own technical deficiencies within their IT systems. I might write to them about this type of situation.
