The drip drip addition of more and more fees continues.
Ulster Bank and AIB still offer free banking to those over 60 rather than 66. Obviously, PTSB also offer free banking to everyone who deposits at least 1,500 EUR per month.
Came across a bit of a sneaky one recently with AIB. Couple with one over 60 and other under who have AIB current account are allowed free banking because account has been there for many years.
After burglary decided to close existing current account and open new one. Fees would have kicked in because new account with one of the joint account holders under 60.
