Hi,

Can anyone advise on estimating the cost of the building sum for Insurance?

It's an OMC and I was just looking through the notes on previous meetings and I don't think it has been increased since the recession.
Do we need a surveyor or do we contact the broker?

Got an assurance claims assessor valuation. That was the main business. I think the person had building surveyor qualifications.

I've used Trevor Kelly of rebuildvaluations.ie in the past. Found him sound to deal with.
