Hi,
I have just discovered that I have been overpaying my BIK for the last 3 years. I have a company car and do excess of 30,000miles p.a (Business). I have been paying BIK comparable with someone doing no business mileage. My question is if I bring this to the attention of the revenue will they refund my overpayments for the 3 years?
