Is there a rule on BIK on 4x4's, I know that there is no VAT on a Commercial Hyundai for a VAT Registered company, but it has 4 doors, and only 2 front seats, so is there BIK for the driver(s). ??

BIK depends on whether the employee has it "available for their use" outside work. So if the employee can take it home even if it's parked up between work shifts, BIK will apply. A flat rate of 5% applies to BIK on vans ( and vehicles qualifying as vans ) see the Revenue guide.
