Not sure if this is the right section, apart from lobbying what is the best possible way to change the Zoning on Land with high potential for Development, I assume you just employ a planning consultant and state your case accordingly to Local Authority, but do you need to also get into bed with the local politicians..the land in question is in West Dublin
