Best way to Borrow from Bank?

I have a house that I own completely on the market to be rented at the moment. I'm not working at the moment & will need €900 or so. I was refused Credit Card from 1 bank because of recent inactivity on my account. I own €38,000 in shares which will mature in September, I have never borrowed from a Bank before can anyone recommend the best way?
 
What do you mean "best way to borrow" - just go into your bank and ask for a loan?
 
I think you have asked this question at least 4 different times recently - and each time you were told to ask your bank. Its quite simple. Nobody can give you the definitive answer here.
