Best to sell shares using share certificate

I would like to find out which is the cheapest way to sell shares that I hold by way of share certificate. Is there a list of the most competitive stockbrokers? I have searched but could not find any list.

All depends on the quantity of shares and their value. None will act on your instructions unless and until the certificates are in their possession.
