Best tax calculator

I have used different tax calculators including pwc.ie, taxcalc.ie, etc. to calculate my monthly take home pay. But all of them are showing around 300 euros extra in my monthly wages. I am working for HSE.

Can anyone help me or recommend a better tax calculator?

Do the sums yourself?

That's what I do.

Note that PS are more complex, as they pay two pension conts - the standard 6.5% superannuation and the PRD/ASC.

The issue could be due to non-statutory deductions?

Like trade union fees, salary protection, health insurance?

These are the deductions in my payslip. Please see attached image. Health insurance is not paid by my employer. I pay for VHI myself.

How do I calculate the tax myself please?

To do the calculations, you need to know your tax credits, and check that they are correct.

That's where I would start.

They should be on your payslip.

They are also listed on your Tax Credits certificate, which is in your MyRevenue account.

Then, you apply the tax rates to your income, as follows:

I am really bad at maths.
If I am getting 63,000 annual salary, what would be the monthly expected take home pay?
