Forgive my cynicism, but for an American maybe something that's perceived as the best might be better than something that actually tastes the best for a connisseur! Johnny Walker Blue would be my recommendation.

Via Scotland! Robbie Burns sang about 'Coming thru the rye' a long time ago. Now if he was referring to the Yorkshire river, one presumes that he would have used a capital R. So we just have to surmise that the young lady was being chased through a field of rye. Them Scots are not known for their wasting of anything useful ........ so what did they do with the rye?
