Best place to study accounting technician 2nd year part-time

Quick query everyone... I have 2 exams left for the 2nd year accounting technician course so wondering where the best place to do it part time would be in Dublin south or city area? Would ideally like to do it full time but may not be possible.... If I could do it through FAS full time would I get any allowances other than the dole, i.e. that is to help with rent, etc..

FAS do this course on a full-time basis You get the 188.00 plus a travel allowance
