Best place to buy Epson cartridges

Hi I have an Epson stylus CX3200 printer. I recently bought a special offer package of cartridges off a website and got six for the price of four, however although the colour is still printing 3 out of the 4 black cartridges would not print.
Could you tell me where in Dublin I could buy a black cartridge for this printer reasonably priced, as I need my printer working soon.

most UK sellers are willing to ship to ireland, at very little extra cost.

recently i bought a toner for a HP laser-jet for a UK £5+£4 postage, (about €14.00) :eek .

these cost about €80-90 in Dublin.
