best mortgage rate

I have a mortgage with AIB for 170K. My LTV is 50%. My rate is 0.95% over ECB. Anyone know if can get a better rate any where?

check the best buys section, I think NIB do a rate of .85% over ECB but not sure.

Bank of Scotland have been mentioned many times here before.
Their switch and save package starts off at ecb + 0.45 for 2 years then goes to ecb + 1%. Legal fees are paid if you use their solicitors. If you move within 5 years you will have to pay back costs of 899 euro.
