Excellent link, Welfarite. I had a look at the Cork ones. I use Suttons normally. A fraction dearer than the other two on the Cork list but I've found them very obliging in the past, especially when I'd forgotten to dip the tank and needed oil at short notice.

See Texoil top of the list for Dublin. We always used Olympic Oil for years because they provided a very good personalised and prompt service. They were taken over by Texoil this year and I thought the service might not be as good. But no, rang earlier this month and oil out in jig time with a free dip stick provided.

It's a great comfort to know that you'll be treated well and have your custom valued, when you're loyal to a company, business, etc. I'm always very slow to move to a new provider of any service but, if I feel I'm taken for granted, I'll usually think twice.
