Best bank for interest free balance transfer on cc?

Apologies if this has been done to death already but could anyone advise on the best offers for transferring the balance of a credit card please?
 
I just applied to do a balance transfer to BOI clear card as it is 0% for six months and 9.5% APR after 6 months. They have a good on-line service to view your transactions.

Halifax also do 0% on all balance transfers for 6 months but they have a really poor on-line banking service. you can only see the balance of the credit card but no transactions.

What Credit Card will you be transferring from?
 
Thanks for your reply. I'm transferring from AIB - I's ashamed to say I don't know what rate of interest I'm paying only that it seems high. My sister recommended NIB but will check out BOI as well. Cheers.
